12.11 as the new credit start ,but NOW it run so slow，how to solve？

Hey, thanks for the report. Let’s quickly check and collect data.

Please try:

  • Settings > Network > Run Diagnostics and share the results
  • In app settings, enable Disable HTTP/2 (search for “HTTP/2”), then restart Cursor
  • Sign out and back in, create a new chat, and test in a different folder/repo
  • Temporarily turn off VPN/proxy and any custom API keys in Settings

And please share:

  • Which models Auto is using at the time of slowdown (if visible)
  • 2–3 Request IDs of slow requests: chat menu top-right > Copy Request ID
  • Repro steps, screenshots, errors from Developer Tools Console, and the Diagnostics output
  • Whether Privacy Mode affects it

Related cases:

Let me know if disabling HTTP/2 and using a new chat helped. If not, send the data above and I’ll escalate to engineering.
