Cursor Review Changes Is Broken in 1.3.9

Describe the Bug

The review changes feature is broken in latest.

For the following request id, I only got the diff view on 1 of the 2 files. Leaving me at unaware as to what was changed in the first file.

I did see the ‘Review’ button in middle of my text editor of the first file appear briefly, then disappear.

Steps to Reproduce

In agent mode, ask for changes that will span multiple files. Using auto as the agent.
Unknown how hard this is to replicate.

Windows 10/11

Additional Information

This is fairly high severity - I need to see what cursor is editing and be able to accept/reject the changes. Being unable to perform accept/reject is a major issue.

Does this stop you from using Cursor

I did share above an ID above - didn’t realize I had privacy mode on. I’ve turned it off - I’ll share the next one that it happens on.
