@sanjeed5 The diagnosis is looking good. But it’s not working.
same here with Pro account in the Cursor MacOS app. according to network diagnostics everythings fine, but no responses at all from the models in the AI panel. it just gets stuck saying “Planning next moves”. unusable at this point 
It’s not working for me either. I can send a chat, but I don’t receive a response.
Repeated connection failures (network diagnostics shows all-good). When tasks are being performed, connection error messages often appear AFTER the task has been completed

yesterday it was down but this morning (asia time) it was back and working and it’s worked all day.
, not able to use, paid $200 yesterday and got this. I’m in US, no VPN.
The update in the left menu is super laggy.

issues here too. Can’t use the web search at all
Not sure if related, but I think so. When running agents with web search, 3 of 4 just freeze after a while and never resume. But I still get billed for it. In the last hour probably 2$ on failed agent runs.

That status page is honestly a joke and directly rude towards customers. Nothing is currently working models freeze constantly, you can’t do a single piece of work currently. Either freezing after few minutes or after 30 minutes …. Why not at least write it on the status page, instead letting us set and test and try thinking it’s our problem …. Waste 4 hours on this today. Was also bad last night, but worse today. The 2 times it generated code it messed up everything and did not want to redo, so had to backup the whole application twice!

Same issue
My agent completely stopped working mid-request. I spent hours fine tuning a plan, then asked it to build the plan and it suddenly went into a cycle of not being able to make any file changes. I tried restarting cursor, and now all my old chat sessions are stuck in a “loading chat” cycle that never ends, so I can’t even recover the plan that I spent hours setting up.
It looks in the console like it’s unable to load data from the servers, but the status page doesn’t indicate any problems. What gives?
Agent cant even output code now, previously the output was slow now agent us just stuck and no more outputting the code.
The same issue. It hasn’t been working for a week now.
