Cursor Stuck At Generating Always

Hi there, please help me with this, I just upgraded to pro. It’s stuck in … Generating… whenever I enter any prompt . I’ve attached a screenshot of the issue

I thought reinstalling cursor might fix the problem, but it still says …Generating always and doesn’t respond

I thought not having pro is the issue and I upgraded just now , it still says … Generating and not moving forward.

Same issue today for me

Happened to me today for the first time and I actually solved it! Tried several models, private mode, reinstalled cursor, logged out and back in - these steps did not help.

What helped - Disabled SSH Filesystem Add-on, then navigated into workspace / files tab, there was stale ssh filesystem, I right clicked and choose to remove the file system from workspace. Then everything immediately started working again.
