Cursor Tab show some non-English characters as �

Cursor Tab suggests some non-English character as �. Also, when I press tab, it inserts � to my file. I tested both Thai and Japanese. It produces the same problem. This has just happened today, both before and after updating to the cursor current version.

Saw this quite a long time ago too, and sometimes it happens even for specific emojis. Looking forward for a fix
