Hey, is your internet connection okay? Are you possibly using a VPN or proxy? Also, run a network diagnostic by opening the settings and going to the network tab.

I changed to HTTP/1,1, diagnostics cleared, continued the conversation, and the agent got hung up again, I refreshed the net diag and they cleared,stoped the agent, prompted please continue again,
