Restarting every three prompts

Describe the Bug

the agent gets hung up, you have to stop the agent, resend prompt, the prompt jumps back into not sent status, and you have to restart cursor to be able to initiate the prompt

Can you please update to the latest version (1.4.5) and see if the issue persists? The team has shipped a few improvements.
