Cursor window not responding

Whenever opening the folder of my current work, I get the window not responding error, and the issue stays even after reopening the folder.
Is anyone having the same issue, or is it just me ??

Same! I can’t open any projects and my window is completely frozen for Macbook Pro Apple Silicon w/ MacOS 15.4.1 (24E263)

Could you share:
→ OS and Cursor version
→ Are you using Remote SSH?
→ When exactly does this happen? As soon as you open your project?
→ When did this start, exactly, as far as you can remember?
→ Screenshot of your console logs if you’re able to check them (Open the command palette, usually with CMD/CTRL + SHIFT + P → Developer: Toggle Developer tools)

->Yesterday night when I opened my project folder and just when I started my conversation the whole app freezer, I got these messages. and this is happening till now . I can’t use the chat feature anymore. Any time I start a conversation app crashes.

Also having the same problem, only with the latest version of Cursor!

I want to cancel my business subscription now, the cursor IDE really become more and more slower and more stuck, barely unusable!

Same here.I updated to newest version and use deepseek-r1-0528 version.
It happened during the conversation. Even if I restart the computer won’t help.

Its been an ongoing issue forever and the only solution is to delete your history of your chat, or start a new chat, not really a fix, will probably never be fixed.
