Pop up appears

Does this stop you from using Cursor

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Hey, thanks for the report. This is a macOS Automation permission prompt.

  • Grant the permission by clicking “Allow” when prompted
  • Verify it stuck: open System Settings > Privacy & Security > Automation: make sure Cursor is listed there
  • Also check Full Disk Access: System Settings > Privacy & Security > Full Disk Access: ensure Cursor is enabled (this can help with related permissions)

If the popup keeps appearing even after clicking “Allow”:

  • Remove and re-add Cursor in the Automation list in System Settings
