I have received numerous emails from Cursor, but two particularly stood out.
The first arrived when I attempted to sign up but encountered a card issue. The email’s clever wording made me certain it was from a human, yet the efficiency suggested otherwise. More recently, I received a message from Billing about an outstanding bill. I responded immediately, promising to settle it later that morning, which I did.
What makes these emails so effective is their human-like tone, as if someone were reviewing my file and making decisions in real time.
However, the definitive proof of dealing with automated agents came when I received no follow-up response. Despite clearing the payment, my account has remained restricted for the past ten days despite email pleas to my efficient interlocutor . I am at a loss about how to reach a human and would appreciate any assistance in this matter.
Nonetheless, bravo to Cursor for their masterful execution.
