Describe the request
Context:
Our team frequently updates which AI models we use based on benchmark scores and pricing. We recommend specific models to the team for different tasks, like complex reasoning, quick edits, or design work.
Because model (and therefore our recommendations) change so fast, developers struggle to remember which to use for each task. The Auto Router feature does not solve this for us, as it supports a limited list of models, some of which we’ve disabled.
Feature Request:
Allow workspace admins to add custom tags or labels next to model names in the selection menu (for example: “Best for Complex Logic”, “Fast Edits”, or “Experimental”).
This will allow admins to guide developers directly inside the IDE without having to maintain external documentation.
