gpt-4o got another update, curently: chatgpt-4o-latest is the one that’s ranking the highest on lmarena, is this what the current gtp-4o in the model selector points to? As setting chatgpt-4o-latest in the model screen as a custom model currently isn’t working.

Sorry to clarify, there is a difference between gpt-4o and chatgpt-4o-latest
The chatgpt-4o-latest is the current ‘best’ version as used in the web chat.

No, the latest model is still unavailable via the API, it is only accessible in the ChatGPT web interface. The most recent model used in Cursor is gpt-4o-2024-11-20.
It is currently available via the API, I have tested this both via the API and it seems stable in the playground. The purple bar is a test API request I just made. Any chance of letting us add this to the models list?

If you ask for the knowledge cutoff date you will be able to tell which version you have.
My knowledge cutoff date is October 2023.
