Describe the Bug

In the agent, when I select the “Show Chat History” button, when I delete a chat, it first gets deleted but then after a few minutes it reappears. When I select the chat, it opens a new chat window but doesn’t display the actual chat contents. When I delete the chat again, a few minutes later it’s displayed again in the chat history.

Steps to Reproduce

Start a new chat session with the agent, delete it, and then it reappears in the chat history.

Expected Behavior

The deleted chat shouldn’t reappear in the chat history after its been deleted.

Hey, this is a known issue. Version 3.0.9 included a fix for zombie draft chats, but it doesn’t cover every case. Other users have also confirmed the bug is still happening: Thread 1 Deleted past chats will appear again after the new recent update, Thread 2 Unable to delete Agents from Agents Panel. Agents reappear.

One question: are the chats that come back draft or unsent chats where you typed a prompt but didn’t send it, or are they normal finished chats with history? This will help narrow down the bug scope.
