Dictate via Shortcut Broken

With the latest version, if I use the Control M shortcut for dictation, the text will be lost after transcription, so it won’t be in the input, but it works if I press the Dictate button in the UI.

Steps to Reproduce

Press Ctrl+M, talk, release it.
