Does anyone know what is happening with Cursor at the moment?

Hi everyone it has been almost a week now I have problem using Cursor and I see a lot of users are complaining about the same problem I have. All models respond for a second and suddenly hang in generating forever. I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times, I have also written to hi@cursor.com I am getting not responses. If someone knows what to do from here please reach out

Did you reinstall Cursor using this guide?

Which OS are you using. On Mac osx everything is fine.
