Does Cursor autocomplete interfere with autocomplete extensions?

I’m transitioning from VS Code to Cursor. In the past I used extensions like IntelliCode for autocomplete. Since Cursor has build in autocomplete now, is there any point in using these extensions? Will they interfere, or will Cursor overwrite the extension’s behavior?

So the Cursor Tab functionality is an implementation of Copilot? Or is it bespoke and just written to work in a similar way?

Cursor Tab is a completely new development of Cursor. It works in a similar way, but much better.
