Does GPT's default configuration set in Norwegian Language?

I just added latest model gpt-4-0125-preview in cursor using OpenAPI API and to verify if I am able to connect, I sent a message: Hei

And received response: Hei! Hvordan kan jeg hjelpe deg i dag?

It seems it has something default setup in Norwegian and I believe, this will affect a few of my prompts if it has any prompts in different language than English (for my use case)

Can anyone confirm if this should be ignored or it’s something Cursor team should resolve at backend?

Hmm, is there maybe anything in the currently opened file that could hint at Norwegian? You can force your language in the Rules For AI feature.
