Hey, thanks for the report. This looks like a potential memory leak from a long session.
Immediate fix: restart Cursor. That should restore normal behavior.
To help us investigate, please share:
Memory/CPU usage from Activity Monitor before the crash
Console errors: Cmd+Shift+P → “Developer: Toggle Developer Tools” → Console tab → screenshot any errors
Extensions: Settings → Application → Experimental → enable Extension Monitor, then Cmd+Shift+P → “Developer: Open Extension Monitor” → screenshot
Does it reproduce if you run another long session?
This likely needs our engineering team to investigate. In the meantime, as a workaround, consider restarting Cursor every few hours during long sessions.
