I didn’t like the auto-switching to plan mode at first. So I “disabled” it with the drop down. Now, when the agent wants to switch to plan mode, it pops up for a few seconds, then skips it if I don’t catch it fast enough to press the “switch” button. I don’t know how to go back to just having it switch to plan mode.
