"Error calling tool"

I am testing a code migration and for the last 3 days it failed due to an inability to remove the code from the original file it was migrated from - Cursor gave the “no changes made” error.

Today, there’s a new issue. Now when testing the migration, it cannot write the new file that the code will be migrated to. This manifests itself in the error message “Error calling tool”. This is 100% repeatable.

PLEASE GUYS CAN YOU JUST FIX THESE BUGS before adding any new feature, cosmetic changes, etc. Pleeeeease.
