Describe the Bug
When using Cursor with an Azure API key, the Dashboard → Usage section shows Errored.
Steps to Reproduce
1.Deploy the gpt-4.1 model in Azure OpenAI
2.Connect the Azure OpenAI model to Cursor
3.Verification completed
4.When using the agent, the Azure OpenAI monitoring shows that the API call count increases
5.However, in the Cursor dashboard, the Usage section displays it as Errored and Not Charged
