Error on configure/apply Team Rules

Describe the Bug

Our team is trying to configure/use then Feature Team Rules. As an Admin I created some Rules, but after created correctly ( I got the OK message) those rules doesn’t appear on the section “Cursor - The AI Code Editor”. I asked to other team to check if and for him are showed correctly. I suppose was a WebUI error, but those new rules are not propagated to CLI Users..

Steps to Reproduce

I tried to create 4/5 rules and for all of them the same result.

Expected Behavior

I expected to see those rules on the section and on CLI a new file should be downloaded en any project applying this new rules.

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Hey, thanks for the report. A couple of clarifications:

CLI Agent: Team Rules aren’t supported in the CLI Agent yet, this is a known limitation. They currently work only in the Cursor Desktop IDE.

Dashboard visibility: If rules don’t appear at Cursor - The AI Code Editor after a success message, that likely indicates a bug.

Please check:

• Do the rules appear and work in the Cursor Desktop IDE for your team members? Settings → Rules

If the rules don’t show up in the Desktop IDE either, I’ll pass this to the team.

Sorry for misword. When I said CLI I wanted to say “Desktop IDE“.

Do the rules appear and work in the Cursor Desktop IDE for your team members? Settings → Rules

The section is there but I can’t see any Team Rule there ( My local rules is shown correctly)
