Team members don't have Team Rules in Cursor settings

Describe the Bug

Team Rules are not showing up for my team. I’m an admin and created a team rule and I can see it in my IDE. The other people on my team don’t have a Team Rule section in cursor. The entire box is missing.

Steps to Reproduce

Viewing in cursor settings shows no Team Rules

Expected Behavior

Team Rules to appear.

Operating System

Windows 10/11

I added a team rule under Shared Knowledge in the enterprise dashboard. But the rule only appears in my IDE. When I check it on my teammates’ computers, it doesn’t appear there. On their computers, I see an empty box. By the way, I chose the rule type “required”. What can I do about this?

Steps to Reproduce

Cursor Dashboard > Shared Knowledge > Create Rule > fill Name and Content fields and choose “required” for rule type.

Expected Behavior

It need to appear all of our team members IDE
