Excessive resource usage with v0.45.7

I’ve noticed that with the latest version (0.45.7), Cursor’s resource usage has increased dramatically, both in terms of RAM usage (I’ve seen spikes of up to 25gb of RAM used), and high CPU and disk writes on a fairly constant basis.

Beyond the extreme resource usage, it also makes it quite difficult to work with chat / composer or vscode in general.

Is this happening to anyone else?

In my case at least, this no longer happens with 0.45.8
