Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Describe the Bug

I just opened Cursor and start getting this message:
Extension host terminated unexpectedly 3 times within the last 5 minutes.
and no extension works

Steps to Reproduce

Open my workspace in a dotnet project, that message appears after a few seconds, then the extensions do not work at all

Expected Behavior

the extensions should work

Operating System

Windows 10/11

Current Cursor Version (Menu → About Cursor → Copy)

Version: 1.8.0-pre.2.patch.0 (user setup)
VSCode Version: 1.99.3
