The more details you provide, the easier it is for us to reproduce and fix the issue. Thanks!
Hey there! That message means the workspace is still linked to another Cursor team on your account, even if you only actively use one. There’s no way to release it from the team you’re in, so reset it from the Bitbucket side:
In Bitbucket workspace settings → Forge Apps → Cursor, uninstall it.
Reinstall from Integrations in your Cursor dashboard (Bitbucket → manage menu → Install Cursor app). It can take a few minutes to sync.
Back in Forge Apps → Cursor → Connect to Cursor, pick your team, then re-enable Bugbot.
If the team picker shows two entries with the same name, rename the team you actually use first (Dashboard → Settings), reload the connect page, then pick it - you can rename back after. Full steps: Bitbucket integration docs.
If still stuck? please email [email protected] and we’ll look at it from our side.
Thank you for your response, this was useful and I’ve now managed to reconnect under the right team (not sure why we have two teams) and I don’t get this error anymore, however, now I get the following error:
Failed to enable REPO: Cursor could not verify Bitbucket workspace connection. Reconnect the workspace and try again.
