User not able to user agent

Describe the Bug

We have Cursor installed and enabled for all repos within our Org. From Cursor.com we have a particular user, when he selects any particular repo from the “Only Select repositories” option, it says,

“This action must performed by organization owner”.

I’m not too sure what the issue could be as all other

Steps to Reproduce

Log into Cursor.com
Select add repositories
Option of orgs come up
Click on Configure or Org

The option comes up - “Update Cursor’s repository access”
User selects repository then clicks on “update access”.

Error message - “This action must be performed by an organisation owner”

Expected Behavior

User should be able to use Cursor without any permission issue.

Hi @bassmonster Thanks for the report.
Let’s try this troubleshooting step. What does he see when he goes to https://cursor.com/dashboard and Looks for Github? He should see something like Connected as myGithubUsername to repositories in organizations: myCompany, myGithubUsername.

If he doesn’t see the orgs expected there, he should click on Manage in GitHub and go through the approval flow to connect the Orgs. Let me know how this goes, and we can troubleshoot further if needed.

Thank you for your reply, Kevin.

After much troubleshooting. It turned out that the fix was to disconnect from Cursor then reconnect again.

Weird but that resolved the issue.
