I’ve noticed this more recently, but when asking Agent questions or Chat, it doesn’t return the actual file it referenced when searching the codebase or using grep in the code snippets. It seems a bit inconsistent, sometimes it will mention the file, but the Apply to x…is more often than not the file I currently have open. I believe this is not optimal and will create more issues for users.
