Hello,

I really like using Cursor—it’s been a great tool. However, the recent change to request speed has significantly slowed down the experience, to the point where it’s no longer subtle or smooth.

I understand the need to manage costs, and I don’t mind waiting a little, but the current delays are too disruptive. I would be willing to pay more for faster responses, but the pay-per-request model ends up being too expensive.

You should consider offering more pricing tiers—perhaps a fixed monthly rate that includes faster response times or even an unlimited option. As it stands, the recent change leaves me with no real choice but to start exploring alternative solutions.

Thank you for your work, and I hope you’ll reconsider the pricing and performance structure.

Hi there,

I assume you have a Pro membership and have used up your fast requests.

If you want to continue using fast requests as paid option there is already an unlimited tier at same cost / request like the pro tier:

See Usage Based pricing which you can enable and then you only pay for as much as you use.

The previous ability to add multiple packages on top was removed by Cursor team as the current Usage Based pricing does not require you to purchase requests in blocks of 500 but it uses the same pricing per one request.
