Hey, thanks for the feature request and for laying out the scenario in detail.
Right now, credits on individual plans are tied to the billing cycle and reset every month. Any unused credits don’t carry over to the next period. At the moment we’re not planning to add rollover for individual subscriptions, so I don’t want to mislead you with promises.
If you want to add more support to the rollover request, there are already existing threads where it’s being discussed. You can upvote them here:

- Any unused quota from this month should roll over into next month’s quota and be consumed first
