Exactly. But I don’t know why some users reported that the ultra plan hit the rate limit quickly. Strange.

Yes, I also get warnings that if this continues, I’ll become “dumb” again on September 25th and “smart” again on the 1st. 
But as I understand it, this is more of a reminder for us to use tokens more carefully, to think a bit ourselves, and so on. It’s like saving water. I realize everything is running at the limit—after all, these are cutting-edge technologies. And now I plan my requests and development better overall, and it has benefited everyone!
