Grok-3 and Grok-3-Mini API now available

The wait is finally over.
It would be great to have these added to Cursor.

when can we get agent mode on deekseek r1 ?

I can’t say for sure, at the moment we are focused on the Gemini and Claude models for better interaction in agent mode.

Thank you, but how exactly do I do this? Are there instructions?

Thanks, I see on the official website that there are two models: grok-3-beta and grok-3-min-beta. Which one are we providing now?

pricing Cursor – Models ?

grok-3-mini isn’t ready yet, only grok-3 is working. Also, there’s no thinking mode available yet.

Grok 3 currently looks awful on cursor  Can’t wait to get it optimized!

what do you mean? have found it work pretty well so far!

Grok Rocks !

The r1 model doesn’t seem to be very suitable for programming, deepseek v3.1 is available on cusor

~2% behind DeepSeek V3 0324 (v3.1 in Cursor) at 10x the cost.

I tried it once and the output looked good. It did more than I asked and might’ve made helpful improvements, but despite the attached rules and 1500 lines of context, it decided to use 2 spaces instead of 4 for local blocks, and I didn’t think it was worth fixing dozens of dumb syntax errors (knowing it would probably make more.)

In agent mode, as soon as an action is required, he says “hello” again. It’s like a new conversation with every call.
