Signed out and back in ~12:45 PM — bot list empty / first-run
Closed and reopened ~12:50 PM — black screen, white spinner, UI never loads
Mac only. Did not tap Reset. Did not create a new bot.
Please inspect/reattach my existing Agent Computer and roster (CTR-CEO, CTR-Social, IA-CEO, IA-Social, IA-Content, IA-Researcher, CTR-Research, Ryan-CEO, VSN Desk, routine “CTR Social Mon Wed blog share”). Do not provision a blank computer.

Good news first: nothing was deleted. We checked on our side and your Agent Computer, all of your bots, and your routine are intact. Your computer had gone to sleep and was slow waking back up during a rough patch on our side today. That is why the app showed Reconnecting, then an empty bot list after you signed back in, and then the loading screen. Signing out did not cause any of this, and you were right not to tap Reset.
Our records show your computer finished waking up at about 1:01 PM EDT, right around when you posted. Could you fully quit Grok Bot (Cmd+Q), reopen it, and give it a minute or two on the loading screen? Your bots should all appear.
If the list is still empty or the app is still stuck on the loading screen 10 minutes after reopening, reply here with the time you tried, and we will take another look.
@kevinn So I spoke to the support team over email and they said similar. Would it be advised to uninstall grok bot from my computer and reinstall? Simple sign back in I assume.
