Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Describe the Bug

I cannot upload files or photos to bot threads, and I cannot reset the bots’ computer. It says that it is frozen on their end and they can’t do anything. Customer support needs to fix it.

Steps to Reproduce

Any time I try to reset or upload a file, it does not work. Simple text does.

Expected Behavior

It is supposed to be able to upload files and also reset the bot’s computer.

No - Cursor works, but with this issue
