Grok Bot cloud workspace inaccessible after trial exhaustion — ticket T-E97475 pending

Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Grok Bot

Describe the Bug

I’m trying to recover work that was already produced inside my Grok Bot cloud workspace before my free-trial usage was exhausted.

I started a relatively long-running task to evaluate Grok Bot. The Bot completed a substantial amount of work in its cloud environment, but when the remaining trial usage reached zero, I lost the ability to interact with the Bot and could not find any way to export or retrieve the existing workspace files or intermediate artifacts.

I am NOT asking for additional trial usage, additional compute, or for the task to continue. I only want to recover/export the files and work that had already been generated before the usage limit was reached.

I contacted support at [email protected] and received ticket T-E97475. I was told on August 19 that the case had been passed to a teammate who could help recover the workspace. I followed up again on August 20, but I have not yet received a recovery path or confirmation that the workspace is being preserved.

My main concern now is data retention. Could someone from the Grok Bot team please confirm that the existing cloud workspace / synced artifacts will be preserved while T-E97475 is being investigated, and help me recover or export them?
