Describe the Bug
I am requesting a server-side restore of my Grok Bot agent list. Please do not Reset the Agent Computer.
On the Grok Bot mobile app, my existing bots disappeared. I selected Retry first. Nothing changed. I then selected Recover Computer. A new bot appeared. The original bots did not return.
I opened the Windows Grok Bot app on two laptops with the same account. Both laptops show only that same new bot. Settings still shows both laptops as Connected. Show hidden chats is not available on the sidebar. I have not used Reset Agent Computer.
Please restore the previous bots, conversations, files, and logins to this account. Confirm whether the original agents still exist on the server.
Steps to Reproduce
The Grok Bot app on my iPhone stayed on the loading screen for a long time. About an hour later, I opened it again. The screen said the computer was not connected and offered two options: Retry and Recover. I tapped Retry first. Nothing changed. I then tapped Recover. After a second, a new bot appeared, and my original bots were gone
