The difference is what started each run:
- Free rows are Grok Bot’s own background check-ins, where it looks around on its own to see if there’s something worth telling you. We don’t charge for those, so they don’t count toward your Grok Bot usage at all (that’s also why the Tokens column shows “-”).
- Included rows are runs of a routine you set up (scheduled or triggered tasks). Those count toward the Grok Bot usage included with your Pro plan, so there’s no extra charge, but they do use up some of your weekly Grok Bot allowance.
So nothing is wrong on your account. Both kinds show the same model name, grok-bot-automation, because both run in the background rather than in a chat you’re typing in.
