several days ao, there were claims that a fix would be released “tomorrow”. that didnt happen. is there a projected date for a release containing the tested and verified fix?

this isn’t “following up” in any sense of the phrase. it is a question which is still not directly answered. a second question is, if “the team” is aware of this bug, given that it is an unrecoverable data loss triggered by updating the cursor application, why are you still pushing updates? the not-very-difficult-to-anticipate consequences of that are even more customers having their work un-recoverably lost.
