Hi Cursor community and support team,
I’m facing an issue: when I try to use Cursor, I get the message
“Your request has been blocked as our system has detected suspicious activity from your account.”
This is my first and only account. I’m a regular user and have NOT used free trial versions by switching accounts or any tricks. I was just about to buy a subscription.
I believe this is a false alarm — I haven’t done anything unusual, no bots or VPNs, just normal daily work.
I rely on Cursor for my projects and would really appreciate any advice or help on how to unblock my account or what to do next.
If anyone from the support team or community has seen this before, please let me know how you solved it.
