Honor .cursorignore for bugfinder (almost spent 200$ by accident....)

I almost accidentally clicked on “Run” as the price is almost always the same (~5$), but this time one of the commits contained a package manager lockfiile which probably blew up the context size and costs to 200$:

poetry.lock is in .cursorignore, so why is this being considered in the costs? (and please make the button harder to click when costs are insanely high, the textual warning is fine for 5-10 bucks, but I would have been very pissed to accidentally spend 200$ for something completely useless…)
