How can I add models for current setup?

Did you all have this issue of only showing few models and cannot search more models after refresh?

Can anyone help fix this issue?

Unfortunately, due to provider restrictions, not all models are available in all regions.

Hi, but I use another device to log into the same account email; it shows more models than logging into the original device. I don’t think it is the regional issues at all since I am at the same place using different device, but showing different models result.
