How do I use the same folder setup in VSCode

I want to test out Cursor. I already have the project setup in VSCode, and using git for version control.

How do I start using Cursor, with support to pull/push to the same Git repo and the same local folder?

Idea is that if I like Cursor enough to uninstall VScode - I should just do that, and vice-versa.
