Customer support always requires user to send email to [email protected], is there any due date about when they reply?
For those who have received their human-made reply instead of bots auto-reply, care to share the how long did it take?
You will never get a reply. I don’t know of anyone that has ever gotten a real email reply from Cursor.
Sam from Cursor reply to me we have interacted for a while I think he is human but after everything is process they ignore me now for 3 days I am still waiting..
I just can’t believe that they treat customer service like 30 years ago when you need to send a real mail and pray for it, no matter the problem is urgent like billing problems or just a simple complaint about some function does not work as expected.
