After clicking File=>New Window, how to delete any of the existing Windows there?

Do you mean your past projects from the list? If yes, press Ctrl + R — a popup with your recent projects will appear. In this window, you can remove unnecessary projects from the list.

Thanks! But it still keeps them backstage, right?

Is there a way to auto-delete them from %APPDATA%\Cursor\User\settings.json, %APPDATA%\Cursor\User\workspaceStorage\[Unique ID]\, etc.?
