How to install Anysphere.remote-ssh on Offline PC?

I want to install and use Cursor IDE on our company’s internal system. Most of the setup is already complete. I uploaded the .cursor-server, which was configured on an internet-connected computer, to the server in our internal network. Connection tests and functions are working properly.

However, there is an issue. I installed Cursor-1.2.2, but I cannot install Anysphere.remote-ssh-1.0.20.vsix on the offline PC. Is there any way to download Anysphere.remote-ssh.vsix and transfer it to the offline PC?

We support connecting to remote machines that lack external internet, but we do require that the local machine have internet, as there are some components that need to be downloaded at runtime.
