I clicked on login on the cursor software and then went to the web page. After logging in to the web page, the cursor still displayed that login is required

yes, I also couldn’t log in, the login button in the application doesn’t work. in Windows 11. I rebooted and reinstalled. I couldn’t log in. I didn’t solve the problem. How can I find out so that someone can help me? I deleted the application so as not to waste time on it.

Yes, I got the same response, but two weeks have passed, and no one has connected me with anyone or replied.

Solution for me was to Log out and back in from Cursor Settings > General. Shortcut: (Ctrl + Shift + J)
I found a way that works for me. Change the setting.json with your proxy address, for me it’s"http.proxy": “http://127.0.0.1:7890/","https.proxy”: “http://127.0.0.1:7890/”. Then I can login
