The desktop version cannot be logged in

The Cursor on the desktop failed to log in successfully!!

step1:I can log in successfully on the web page
step2:Click “login in” on the desktop
step3: Jump to the web page to confirm login and display “All set!” Feel free to return to Cursor.”
step4:When returning to the desktop, it was found that the login was not successful

May I ask how to solve this problem?

What browser are you using

you could try Google

The Google Chrome I’m using

I was able to log in before yesterday, but I wanted to switch to another account yesterday afternoon. After logging out, I couldn’t log in again

Hey, try logging into your account, revoking the sessions, and then logging in again.

I did as you said, but it didn’t work.
The web version can log in successfully, but the desktop version cannot.

Solved? I also encountered a similar problem.

Not solved yet. @deanrie

Hey, can you run the Developer: Toggle Developer Tools command and check the Console window once you have logged in via the browser, and it opens Cursor back up.

My guess here is that some error is occurring here, that is stopping Cursor from fully logging you back in.

Often this can be a networking issue, and the fix is to disable HTTP/2, which would be my usual suggestion if not for the fact you’ve previously been logged in before!
Do give this a try, as it’s a quick toggle, but I’m less confident of a fix there:
