How to unarchive chats

How to unarchive archived chats?

I saw the post here: How to unarchive a chat in the newest agents interface? - #3 by deanrie

It says “In the Agents sidebar, find the Customize Sidebar button and make sure Archived Chats is enabled and visible.” However, I cannot find “the Customize Sidebar button”.

Here is my version information.

Use the button at the bottom and then you can choose to include archived in the display.
