Describe the Bug

I can sign in on website. But The login button doesn’t respond when clicked.

Steps to Reproduce

when i talk with the agent, a login check is shown. Then i tried to re-login, and i found out i cannot login!

Try to use another browser, copy the link to login

i can sign in on website but cannot sign in in IDE!

Use new browser, sometimes cursor can’t pop-up on chrome.
Try Edge, Opera,…

it does not work for me

It doesn’t work for me either. I sign in via the loginDeepControl page, get directed back to the app without any errors but it still says that I need to sign in. I have tried this in Chrome, Safari and Firefox.

EDIT: I solved my problem by updating my network DNS settings.

This fixed for me. Looks like Cloudflare DNS stopped recognizing api2.cursor.sh. Great job, how did you figure this out? I know it wasn’t by asking Cursor :slight_smile:

I added entry to /etc/hosts for api2.cursor.sh.

When I tried to update Cursor (in app: Cursor > Check for updates) I got an error that said “the certificate for this server is invalid… [blablabla]” and I managed to figure it out from there with a bit of help from colleagues.
