I’d like to know if there are follow-up plans to subscribe to Cursor Tab separately, and if it can be provided as an extension in Zed and VSCode?

hi @liect we have at this time no separate plan for Cursor Tab.

As Cursor Tab is more than just a IDE plugin and needs integration with other parts of the IDE there are now no plans to extract it into another IDE.

Hey, actually if you only need the Tab function, you can install SuperMaven, as it’s part of Cursor.

I’d like to know if Supermaven’s model is consistent with Cursor’s Tab model, because on the official website they don’t seem to be consistent.

It is not, unfortunately, Supermaven was trained before their merge with Cursor, and has not been updated with Cursor’s new Tab updates.

While Supermaven remains alive for it’s existing users, it will not recieve and upgrades - the team has previously continued to fix extension updates and critical bugs, but no further development beyond this will take place currently.
